Services

Home help and small-office IT

On-site visits, or a secure remote session when the problem can be fixed over the internet.

For your home

Slow or broken computers

Cleanup, virus and pop-up removal, upgrades, repairs, Windows problems.

Wi-Fi and home network

Dead spots, mesh systems, router setup, getting every device connected.

Printers and new devices

Printer setup, new computer setup, moving your files, photos and email over.

Backups and family photos

Automatic backups so a dead hard drive doesn’t take your memories with it.

For your small business

Microsoft 365 and business email

Email on your own domain, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and shared files, set up properly.

New hires and departures

Accounts, laptops and access ready on day one, and shut off cleanly when someone leaves.

Security basics

Two-step sign-in, device protection and backups, so one bad click doesn’t stop the office.

Office network and printers

Wi-Fi, firewalls, shared printers and scanners for offices of 1 to 20 people.

How it works

Three steps, no runaround

  1. Call or text

Tell me what’s going on. A photo of the error helps.

  2. Get a plan and a price

I’ll tell you whether it can be fixed remotely or needs a visit, and what it will cost, before any work starts.

  3. Get it fixed

Remote fixes are often done the same evening. On-site visits are scheduled for evenings or weekends.
